Position Summary
We are looking for a highly versatile Vibe Coding Engineer with a strong full-stack background and expertise in cross-platform and native mobile development. The ideal candidate will be adept at both traditional coding and utilizing AI/LLM tools (Vibe Coding) to accelerate development across the full stack. This role requires mastery of .Net for backend services, MySQL for data management, and mobile skills spanning Flutter, Native Android, and Native iOS.
Key Responsibilities
? Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using the .Net framework and services.
? Database Management: Architect and manage highly-performant database schemas and queries in MySQL.
? Mobile Application Engineering:
? Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
? Occasionally write, debug, and integrate high-performance native modules in Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
? Vibe Coding & Prompt Engineering: Leverage modern AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, etc.) to rapidly prototype, generate boilerplate code, and implement unit tests, acting as a proficient guide and tester of AI-generated code.
? System Design & Architecture: Focus on system architecture, security, and performance optimization, ensuring the cohesion and scalability of all AI-assisted and manually-written code.
? Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
? Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, adhere to secure coding practices, and own the integrity of the codebase.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Full Stack or Mobile Developer.
? Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in .Net (e.g., C#, .NET Core/Framework) for building RESTful APIs and backend services.
? Database Expertise: In-depth knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
? Mobile Expertise:
? Solid experience with Flutter and the Dart programming language for cross-platform development.
? Familiarity with Native Android development and platform-specific principles (e.g., lifecycle, platform channels).
? Familiarity with Native iOS development and platform-specific principles (e.g., Swift/UIKit, platform channels).
? Vibe Coding Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work with and effectively guide generative AI coding tools, possessing strong prompt engineering and code evaluation skills.
? Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
? Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
? Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
? Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile and backend deployments.
? Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
? Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of released mobile applications.
