Key Roles -

Manage floor status on a daily basis. Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary. Maintain an accurate summary of progress of work by artists. Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day. Record all shot notes on floor reviews and documents them. Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and follow up on the floor on delays. In charge for department calendar for scheduling meetings, booking the same. * Ensure timecards are approved daily.
