Key Roles -
-Manage floor status on a daily basis.-Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary.-Maintain an accurate summary of progress of work by artists.-Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day.-Record all shot notes on floor reviews and documents them.-Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and follow up on the floor on delays.-In charge for department calendar for scheduling meetings, booking the same.-Ensure timecards are approved daily.
