VFX Faculty ProfileSoftware Knowledge

Priority (Mandatory Skills)

Nuke

- Node-based compositing and advanced VFX workflows

Silhouette

- Rotoscoping, paint, and matte creation

Mocha

- Planar tracking and object removal

PFTrack / 3D Equalizer (Either or Both)

- Camera tracking and matchmove

Fusion

- Compositing for film and broadcast

Adobe After Effects

- Motion graphics and compositing

Adobe Premiere Pro

- Editing, timeline management, and workflow integration

Advantage (Preferred Skills)

Houdini

- Procedural VFX, simulations (FX)

Blender or Other 3D Software

- Modeling, lighting, animation, or rendering
Additional Expectations (Optional - if required)

Strong understanding of

VFX pipeline and production workflows

Ability to train students on

real-world project scenarios

Good communication and classroom management skills Experience in

film, OTT, advertising, or broadcast projects
