Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

VFX Artist

to create high-quality visual effects that enhance storytelling and elevate production value. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency, and the ability to seamlessly integrate VFX into live-action footage.

Key Responsibilities:

VFX Creation:

Design and produce a wide range of visual effects, including explosions, smoke, fire, digital environments, matte paintings, and compositing. Enhance raw footage with CGI, motion graphics, and digital effects.

Compositing & Integration:

Seamlessly integrate effects with live-action footage using tracking, rotoscoping, and keying techniques. Match lighting, color, and texture to ensure realism and consistency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the director, editor, cinematographer, and other post-production team members to understand the creative vision and visual style. Provide pre-visualizations or concept mockups when needed.

Technical Workflow:

Use industry-standard software such as After Effects, Nuke, Maya, Blender, Houdini, or Cinema 4D. Ensure all effects are optimized for rendering and delivery within the given timeline and budget.

Quality Control:

Review final renders to ensure all effects are polished, accurate, and meet the desired aesthetic. Troubleshoot and solve visual or technical challenges during production.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a VFX artist in film, television, or digital media. Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-level visual effects work. Proficiency in VFX software and tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Blender, Maya, Houdini). Understanding of physics, lighting, and animation principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
