Required Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of electrical and electronic principles (AC/DC, motors, drives, circuits)
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, schematics
Basic hands-on skills -- e.g. wiring, component-level work, simple circuit testing/troubleshooting
Willingness to learn about Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, drives, control systems
Problem-solving mindset, ability to diagnose and address basic faults or defects
Good attention to detail, willingness to follow safety procedures and company processes
Communication skills -- to interact with supervisors, customers or site personnel (if required)
Flexibility -- may need to do maintenance, installations, on-site repairs or travel depending on workload
