About the Role:

Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeons to lead

high-volume sterilization and other surgical programs across multiple locations. The ideal

candidate will have extensive experience in ABC (Animal Birth Control) procedures and

other common veterinary surgeries, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries with precision and
efficiency.

Conduct surgeries for conditions such as pyometra, fracture repair, and mass excision
as required.

Lead and supervise the surgical team during sterilization and treatment programs. Ensure adherence to standard surgical protocols, animal welfare guidelines, and
infection control practices.

Coordinate with animal welfare NGOs and internal teams for smooth program
execution.

Maintain accurate surgical records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

BVSc & AH degree (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry) -
Mandatory.

Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India or State Veterinary Council. Minimum 3 years of surgical experience preferred. Experience of performing at least 2000-3000 ABC surgeries in career. Experience working with animal welfare NGOs or high-volume sterilization programs is
an advantage.

Ability to lead and manage surgical teams effectively.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
