Job Description

The Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, finance, and client services. The goal is to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital and deliver the best quality pet care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, and boarding operations
Staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

Handle billing, accounts, vendor coordination, and inventory control

Ensure excellent client service, feedback management, and follow-ups

Maintain legal compliance, hygiene, and hospital protocols

Support marketing and hospital growth initiatives

MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Management (preferred) 2-5 years experience in hospital/clinic management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Passionate about animals and able to work in a pet care environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

Hospitality management: 4 years (Preferred)
