Key Responsibilities
Examine animals to diagnose illnesses, injuries, and health conditions
Provide medical treatment, vaccinations, and preventive care
Perform minor and major surgical procedures as required
Prescribe medications and advise on dosage and aftercare
Conduct routine health check-ups and wellness programs
Maintain accurate medical records and treatment histories
Educate animal owners on nutrition, hygiene, breeding, and disease prevention
Ensure proper handling and humane treatment of animals
Follow biosecurity and infection control protocols
Participate in emergency and on-call services when required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc & AH) / MVSc (preferred)
