Experience: Minimum 2 years (must have hands-on experience in spay/neuter surgeries)
Qualification: BVSc & AH / MVSc (preferably in Surgery)
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform safe and efficient spay and neuter surgeries.
? Monitor pre- and post-operative care of animals.
? Ensure adherence to animal welfare and project guidelines.
? Maintain surgery records and support in planning daily surgery targets.
? Train support staff whenever needed.
Skills Required:
? Strong surgical skills in ABC/ARV procedures.
? Compassionate approach towards animals.
? Ability to work with field teams.
