Purpose of the Role

This role will lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence within various functions. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and adaptability to dynamic environments--qualities that align well with the experience and discipline of veterans.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organisational standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Implement process improvements and risk management strategies to enhance efficiency. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and resilience.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High integrity, accountability, and initiative.

Preferred Background

Experience in [Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Project Management]. Familiarity with structured processes and compliance frameworks. Defence background with exposure to technical and leadership roles.
