Maintain full accounting records for assigned vessels under full management
Prepare monthly vessel accounts and management reports
Post invoices, accruals, and prepaid expenses accurately and on time
Perform monthly reconciliations of vessel and bank accounts
Process supplier invoices and crew-related expenses
Prepare vessel funding requests and monitor cash balances
Liaise with operations teams on invoicing and payment matters
Support in internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in vessel accounting
Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP will be considered an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel
High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
Ability to work in a remote environment
Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines

Pay: ₹210,014.72 - ₹1,091,970.55 per year
