Job Requirements
VE_Shouldcost_Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities * Project management of VE projects.

• Execute projects with Cost reduction of $1.5M or more annually.
• Conduct VE workshops with Engineering teams/functions and suppliers.
• Drive Technical and Financial feasibility of cost reduction ideas.
• Collaborate with supply chain functions and global teams for horizontal deployment of solutions.
• Deploy analytical solutions to identify the right cost reduction opportunities.
• Generating Project reports for leadership review.
• Liaison and collaborate with different functions for the above responsibilities.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical

• Around 10+ years of Industry and proven experience is required.
• Prior experience in Value Engineering domain is desirable.

Knowledge and Experience: * Hands on experience on Program management and tools.

• Working experience in Should costing
• Very good knowledge on Manufacturing process
• Experience in leading complex projects with cross functional team.
• Ability to do Cost analysis using manufacturing knowledge.
• Engineering drawing interpretation knowledge.
• Ability to identify and deploy process improvements.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and program needs across different levels of the organization and different operating environments.
• Fluent in Microsoft office suit
• Team player.
• Should have relevant industry experience of managing projects.
