Responsibilities

Fully own a part of Civil & Maintenance. helping the team realize its full potential and making it future-proof. Managing communications with vendors & customers and the Liasioning with Govt. bodies as & when required. Managing escalations from the team and solving Solar related issues Setting and tracking team matrix Fully competent in analysis and assessment of complete solar system Demonstrated ability to drive for results, and focus on the customer & acts ethically Having good co-ordination between field team & support them as & when required.

Qualification -

1- B. Tech. Electrical Engineering 2- Good Computer knowledge Good knowledge in civil

Experience

A total of 5+ years of experience in Civil & Maintenance specially in Solar & water works in which 2+ are in a team lead/people manager role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
