Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Own the division's P&L and drive sustainable profitability.
Formulate and implement a long-term strategic roadmap for the division.
Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
Expand market presence through strategic alliances, government tenders, institutional partnerships, and channel/distribution networks (Government & Private).
2. Sales, Marketing & Market Penetration
Lead sales initiatives proactively, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.
Strengthen engagement with GEM, PSU buyers, private hospital chains, and distributor networks.
Enhance brand visibility and positioning across existing and emerging markets.
3. Operations & Team Development
Manage and scale a cross-functional team of approximately 30 members.
Foster a performance-driven culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Implement standardized SOPs across all regions to ensure operational consistency and quality.
4. Product & Technology Advancement
Collaborate with internal R&D teams to drive innovation and new product development.
Ensure all products comply with CDSCO, BIS, GEM, and relevant international regulatory standards.
Oversee product training, after-sales service, and clinical application support to maintain excellence.
5. Financial Oversight & Compliance
Maintain financial discipline through quarterly monitoring of revenue, margins, and cost structures.
Ensure compliance with financial, quality, and regulatory frameworks.
Uphold strong corporate governance and effective risk management practices.
6. Stakeholder & Public Engagement
Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and regulatory platforms.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, COEs, board members, and key external stakeholders.
Serve as the public face of the organization, reinforcing credibility and thought leadership.
