Supervise and mentor your team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their Key Result Areas (KRAs). Provide guidance, support, and training as needed to enhance their performance.
Customer Hygiene
Maintain and improve customer hygiene practices, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery to all institutional clients. Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
