You'll be turning raw footage into polished, engaging, platform-optimized content that drives views, engagement, and brand value.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit a variety of video content:
Short-form content
(Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Real estate/property showcase videos
Long-form podcast videos
(with video switching, captions, highlights)
Promotional and branded content
Design and apply
motion graphics, intros/outros, text overlays
, and transitions using After Effects.
Repurpose long-form videos into shorter, shareable clips for social media.
Work with producers and content leads to conceptualize storytelling and video structures.
Color correct, audio mix, and enhance visual quality across all projects.
Manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay up to date with editing trends, tools, and best practices across different formats and platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing (portfolio/showreel required).
Advanced skills in
Adobe After Effects
, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Strong storytelling skills -- both visual and narrative.
Experience editing
property/real estate videos
with a clean, professional aesthetic.
Ability to edit
podcast videos
, including camera switching, audio syncing, and branding.
Understanding of social media video requirements and trends.
Solid grasp of
motion design and animation basics
