Position Summary



:



Test Plan preparation for functional/performance tests. Review of design/architecture documents. Preparation of test scripts using tool like SIPp. Preparation of test beds replicating the mostly widely deployed test scenarios. Automating scenarios using automation tool for execution & regression cycles. Debugging customer issues or use cases from field and replicating those within test environment. Extending support to internal departments on customer issues.


Experience and Skills :



Good understanding of Telecom domain is required. Good troubleshooting/debugging ability. Good understanding & exposure to VoIP technologies & protocols like SIP, RTP/sRTP, TLS Fair understanding on networking concepts. Hands-on experience of virtualization platform. Experience on Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage. Test Plans design ability using standard testing nomenclature. Understanding on bug tracking tools like JIRA or Mantis or ClearQuest etc. Hands on expertise with Linux/Unix is required. Hands on automation knowledge with PERL or Python or Shell is required. Hands-on expertise in working with network analysers like Wireshark & TCPDump.
