Key responsibilities Develop and execute test plans: Create comprehensive validation plans and execute tests on equipment, systems, or processes. Perform tests and analysis: Conduct detailed tests, analyze data, and compare results against established standards and requirements. Document results: Create thorough documentation, including risk assessments, validation reports, and compliance reports. Maintain equipment and systems: Manage, inspect, calibrate, and maintain the equipment, instruments, and systems used in manufacturing. Collaborate with teams: Work with other engineers, quality assurance specialists, and production teams to identify and resolve problems. Ensure compliance: Monitor and ensure that products and processes comply with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Provide technical support: Troubleshoot and provide technical support for circuits, components, and instruments. Improve processes: Make adjustments or improvements to equipment and processes based on test results and analysis.
