Inside Sales for US & APAC region JOB DESCRIPTION -Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search, and e- mail/telephone contact with potential customers.- Prospecting for new clients/lead generation- Direct communication with customers via e- mail and telephone (Cold Calling/Warm Calling) to promote Verdantis and its product range- Qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects requirements are aligned with Verdantis's product offerings.- Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Onsite Sales team.- Capable of good Market Research and Database building- Identify key decision makers within target organizations- Should understand prospects technology needs- Recording of all sales activities in the CRMo Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Pipelineo Proven track record of exceeding sales targeto Must be Aggressive and Dynamic with a Good & Positive AttitudeNo. of Position - US - 1 (Timing 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)APAC - 1 (Timing 7.00 am to 4.00 pm)YEARS OF EXPERIENCE -3+ years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.COMPETENCIES -- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)- Excellent Interpersonal Skills (ref:updazz.com)
