Role Overview:

The Verbal Trainer will be responsible for enhancing the English communication, verbal ability, and soft skills of students across the group of institutions. The trainer will prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, interviews, and overall professional communication by delivering engaging and structured training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

verbal ability, English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and communication skills

. Train students in

business communication, public speaking, presentation skills, and interview preparation

. Design and deliver training modules for

campus recruitment training (CRT)

and personality development. Assess students' proficiency levels and provide

personalized guidance and feedback

. Develop

training materials, practice exercises, mock tests, and evaluation methods

. Collaborate with placement and academic teams to ensure training outcomes align with industry requirements. Track student progress and prepare

performance reports

for management. Motivate and mentor students to build

confidence in verbal and interpersonal skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong command over the English language (both written and spoken). Excellent verbal ability, grammar knowledge, and vocabulary skills. Prior experience as a

Verbal / English / Communication Trainer

(preferably in academic institutions or training centres). Ability to handle large groups of students with engaging teaching methods. Familiarity with

aptitude test patterns, GD/PI techniques, and corporate communication skills

. Good interpersonal, mentoring, and motivational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in English / Communication / Linguistics / Education (preferred). Certification in English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / TESOL / CELTA) is an added advantage.

2-5 years

of relevant training experience (freshers with exceptional skills may also be considered).
