Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Verbal Trainer to help students/candidates enhance their communication and verbal ability skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, developing course material, and mentoring learners to improve their proficiency in spoken and written English, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and verbal reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on verbal ability, communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning.
Develop, update, and deliver training modules, lesson plans, practice tests, and exercises tailored to learners' levels.
Train students for competitive exams, corporate communication, or placement interviews (as per organizational requirement).
Provide personalized feedback and strategies for improvement in verbal skills and overall communication.
Monitor learners' progress through assessments, quizzes, and mock tests.
Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment to encourage active participation.
Collaborate with academic teams to design effective training strategies and course content.
Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, industry communication needs, and training methodologies.

Requriments

Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
Prior experience as a Verbal Trainer/Soft Skills Trainer/English Language Trainer preferred.
Familiarity with training for competitive exams (GRE, GMAT, CAT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) or campus placement training will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
