Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Verbal Trainer

to deliver offline classroom training for English-based international tests. The trainer will be responsible for teaching

IELTS, TOEFL, PTE

, and

English Enrichment

programs and will undergo a

virtual Test & Interview

conducted by our Head Office as part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality offline classroom training sessions for:

IELTS

TOEFL

PTE

English Enrichment (Grammar, Vocabulary, Communication Skills)

Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons. Provide students with test strategies, practice guidance, and performance feedback. Assess student progress and support them through doubt clearing sessions. Prepare lesson plans and academic materials as per company standards. Attend the

HO-conducted virtual Test & Interview

during the hiring/selection process. Maintain teaching quality as per The Princeton Review standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent command of English (spoken & written). Prior experience in teaching IELTS/TOEFL/PTE preferred. Freshers with strong English proficiency & communication skills may also apply. Strong classroom management and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to work full-time and

offline

at the Trichy center.
