Job Summary:
The English Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging instruction to students preparing for the English/Verbal Ability sections of
CLAT, CAT, and IPMAT
. The role includes designing lesson plans, developing study material, conducting assessments, and providing individual support to help students improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
Conduct interactive classes covering Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Verbal Reasoning, etc.
Develop and update lecture notes, practice sheets, assignments, and mock tests aligned with CLAT, CAT & IPMAT exam patterns.
Use varied teaching methodologies suited to different learning styles.
Ensure time-bound and complete syllabus coverage.
Student Mentorship and Support:
Clarify student doubts through group and one-on-one interactions.
Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback.
Motivate students to remain consistent and focused in preparation.
Content Development and Research:
Stay updated on exam pattern changes, trends, and new question types.
Assist in developing online/offline content, question banks, and test series.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate with academic teams to maintain quality teaching delivery.
Attend academic meetings and training sessions.
Follow institutional guidelines related to discipline and conduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong command over the English language and verbal reasoning concepts.
Prior teaching experience in CLAT/CAT/IPMAT coaching preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain concepts with clarity and practical examples.
Comfortable using digital teaching tools.
