Job Description

We are looking for a part-time

Verbal Ability and Soft Skills Trainer

to conduct engaging and effective training sessions for college students and professionals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about communication, language learning, and personality development.

You will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions that enhance learners'

verbal aptitude, grammar, presentation, interpersonal, and interview skills

in alignment with campus placement and corporate readiness objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online sessions on

Verbal Ability, Communication, and Soft Skills

. Train students on

GD, Interview Techniques, Resume Writing, and Corporate Etiquette

. Create or adapt content and activities suited to the learners' level. Evaluate students' performance through tests, presentations, and practice tasks. Maintain session engagement using real-world examples, discussions, and role plays. Coordinate with academic teams for scheduling and progress tracking.

Required Skills:

Excellent command over

English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Strong presentation, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to handle diverse learner groups with enthusiasm and patience. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate in English / Communication / Management / Education or related field.

Minimum 2 years of training experience

in verbal ability or soft skills.

Freshers preparing for government exams

(with strong command over English and aptitude) are also encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹300.00 - ?500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
