Programming the vehicle-related sequences of operation in Static, Dynamic/Roller Testing, Repair testing, Configuration test, etc . Analysis of coding and programming data in cases of functional failures development of measures for the timely prevention and control of failures. . Analysis of new /serial life vehicles Electrical Hardware 2. Vehicle , Analysis & counter measure . Ability to study the structure of the system from design information and to understand changed points of the vehicle. . Work closely with vehicle systems and software developers to improve end-of-line testing processes through improvements to the vehicle software and technical content . Ability to study capital investment on electric system quality assurance. Range of electric system quality assurance equipment - Calibration & Configuration writing. 3. Basic Skill & Software . Knowledge of Automotive EE Systems & EE Diagnostics Ability to Control Vehicle Networks (CAN, UDS, ETH)Knowledge of Electronic devices such as ECU's, sensors, actuator, etc. . General communication such as UDS, CAN, DDL2,KWP 2000 serial and Ethernet, . Hands on Experience with Diagnostics tool & ability control vehicle functions with Diagnostics toolHands on Experience with ceate Scripts/ programs using any of the diagnostic tool (SIDIS, ECOS, Actia, Vector tools) .
