Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in arcade games, rides, and other attractions.

• Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks and upkeep on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.

• Guest Interaction: Assisting guests with game-related issues and providing basic technical support.

• Safety and Compliance: Maintaining a safe environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

• Inventory Management: Managing spare parts and supplies for equipment maintenance.

• Collaboration: Working with other team members, including venue staff and management, to ensure a seamless operation.

• Documentation: Recording maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues.
