We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Outreach Intern to help us build the city's most comprehensive database of musical talent. This is a "behind-the-scenes" role focused on research, calling, and data entry.
If you are organized, comfortable making dozens of calls a day, and good at gathering information, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Sourcing: Finding bands, singers, and DJs on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Information Gathering: Calling artists/managers to collect specific details:
Performance rates (pricing).
Genre and band size.
Technical requirements (what equipment they need).
Updated contact information.
Database Management: Entering all gathered info into a Master Google Sheet accurately.
Initial Screening: Checking if the artist is open to management and new event bookings.
What we are looking for:
Phone Confidence: You are comfortable calling strangers and asking professional questions.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel: You know how to keep data clean and organized.
High Volume: You are capable of making 20-30 calls a day to gather info.
MANDATORY IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
This is an urgent requirement for our January project. You must be available for an in-person interview to be considered.
