Job Description

The

Venue Manager (VM)

is responsible for overseeing the daily functioning, team coordination, and overall customer experience at the assigned sports facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence, people management, and a passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all

bookings, payments, and add-ons

via the assigned sports management app. Interact with customers on-ground, address queries, and foster a friendly and welcoming environment. Take ownership of

facility infrastructure

, ensuring it is always in top condition; report updates to the Business Executive and coordinate timely upkeep. Ensure

cleanliness and utility management

(water, electricity, restrooms, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, playing areas). Supervise

inventory and utility requisitions

, ensuring weekly reports are submitted to the operations team. Handle

offline bookings and additional payment collections

at the venue. Manage and report

repair and maintenance escalations

to the operations team weekly. Organize and execute

community games, events, and campaigns

, and assist central teams in on-ground activations. Drive excellence in

customer experience, compliance, team performance, and goal achievement

. Ensure proper usage of internal tools such as

Connecteam, Slack

, and booking platforms for operations and reporting. Oversee the installation and upkeep of

branding and signage

, enhancing the facility's ambience. Ensure all

sports equipment is maintained and readily available

for customer use. Work collaboratively with management to implement and uphold company policies. Represent the organization with a strong sense of

ownership, professionalism, and integrity

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate in any field, with a

keen interest in sports

. Comfortable with using

mobile apps and technology platforms

. Fluent in

Hindi

; basic English or regional language skills are an added advantage. Demonstrates

strong integrity, punctuality, leadership, and customer service orientation

. Preferred experience in

hospitality, facility management, events, QSR, retail, or similar industries

.
