Designation: Store Manager
Age: Max 38 years
Education: Graduate required, Management, Educational Sciences is a plus
Experience: 2+ years in store / restaurant management / flagship store / mall / cafe operations
Languages: Good English, Additional to the native language

• Drive profitability and efficiency of the assigned company venues
• Bring new business opportunities to assigned territory and facilitate growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Guests and business stakeholders
• Motivate and lead venue Team Members to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensure that all program & activities are carried out according to PNL promises.
• Oversee that consumables for Guest activities are complete and expenses are properly managed for the venue operations.
• Review daily checks of equipment (play structure, class program, IT system, etc.), theming, uniforms, and confirm they are in good working condition. Review and approve job orders for repair/replacement as necessary
• Verify and ensure that processes and policies are followed accordingly in the venue
• Ensure thorough cleanliness of all PNL areas and the safety of all Guests are covered
• Monitor all Team Members performance, appearance, and attendance; Provide coaching and recognition or disciplinary memos when necessary.
• Maintain venue daily check lists and verify that Team Members are accomplishing them, immediately report any incidents/concerns that require immediate action (i.e repairs & replenishment, accident & incident, etc.)
• Ensure that venue Team Members are trained for their assigned duty and periodically refreshed.
• Oversee Team Members rosters, ensuring that all shifts, breaks, and rest days are covered.
• Provide regular reports to PNL Division Head.
