Role Summary

The Venue Manager will manage evening sports operations, including

Hudle bookings

coaching coordination

, and

basic sports inventory control

, ensuring smooth, safe, and disciplined use of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor

Hudle bookings

for evening sports activities Open, supervise, and close sports facilities as per schedule Coordinate with coaches Act as the on-ground contact for coaches, players, and parents (if required) Handle booking issues, slot conflicts, and customer queries Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness of sports venues Maintain basic

sports inventory

(equipment issue/return, damage reporting, stock updates) Share regular reports on bookings, coaching sessions, attendance, and inventory with administration

Skills & Requirements

Comfortable using mobile apps and booking platforms (Hudle or similar) Ability to maintain simple records (attendance, inventory, reconciliation) Good communication and coordination skills Responsible, organized, and self-driven Prior experience in sports venue or operations management preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
