Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with venue owners, vendors, and internal teams
Visit venues for inspection, setup coordination, and supervision
Assist in booking, documentation, and scheduling of venues
Ensure venue readiness before events
Handle basic reporting and data entry
Support on-ground operations during events
Travel outside Delhi as and when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel outside Delhi
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Honest, responsible, and eager to learn
