WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As a Ventilated Facade Consultant, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focused on promoting and supporting Cladding opportunities in Region East West. Here's a detailed breakdown of your role.
1. Win selected Focus Projects through Strategic Stakeholder Management

Lead and align Sales and Engineering teams to prioritize and pursue key large-scale opportunities across the region.

Develop and execute engagement strategies with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers to maximize win probability for identified focus projects.
2. Develop and execute plan to penetrate selected accounts in the region
?
Joint Ownership of selected Accounts including contractors, developers and stone manufacturers in region to create account standards for Cladding application.
?
Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to ensure high conversion rates for these priority accounts.
3. Develop and Strengthen Ventilated Facade Installer Network:
?
Identify, evaluate and Develop Installation contractors to support system installation excellence.
?
Build long-term partnerships with selected installers to enhance competence and successfully deliver large-scale facade projects.
4. Build Technical and Functional Capability within the MR team:
?
Enhance the skills and knowledge of the Engineering and Sales teams in Ventilated Facade and cladding.
5. Implement and Institutionalize Project Management Excellence
?
Build competency of the MR team on the Project Management approach for VF project execution.
?
Ensure the Project Management approach is executed by the MR team on all projects.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive the growth and adoption of Ventilated Facade.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The purpose of the role is to develop global accounts and be accountable for specification and sales development. The role involves examining economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances. The job holder needs to develop senior relationship contacts within the customer's organization to drive the execution of the account's strategy.
Scope: Contributes to sales development by working with local accounts that are relevant to an MO; influences sales volume of 1-3m CHF annually.
