The Vendor Partner will supply materials, fabrication, printing, installation, or related services to Himalaya International, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with agreed specifications and commercial terms.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Supply materials, fabrication, printing, or installation services as per approved PO
Execute work strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, samples, and timelines
Maintain consistent quality standards for signage, branding, and fabrication work
Coordinate with Himalaya International's project, production, and site teams
Arrange manpower, tools, and equipment required for execution
Follow safety norms at factory and site locations
Inform in advance about any delays, material issues, or execution challenges
Support site installation, rectification, or snag clearance if required
Ensure proper packing, transportation, and handling of finished goods
Submit work completion reports, challans, and required documentation
Quality & Compliance Requirements
Adhere to Himalaya International's quality standards and specifications
Use approved materials only, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Maintain confidentiality of designs, client details, and commercial information
Comply with statutory, labour, and safety regulations
Allow quality inspection and checks when required
Commercial & Documentation Requirements
Accept and execute work only against official Purchase Orders (PO)
Provide competitive and transparent pricing
Submit GST-compliant invoices with supporting documents
Follow agreed payment terms and timelines
Maintain valid GST, PAN, and relevant trade licenses
Eligibility & Experience
Proven experience in signage, advertising, fabrication, printing, or installation industry
Adequate infrastructure, manpower, and technical capability
Prior experience working with corporate or retail clients preferred
