Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Liaison:
Act as a communication bridge between vendors and the Managing Director (MD) for smooth coordination.
Purchase Process:
Manage and track the entire purchase lifecycle, including order placement, verification, and follow-ups.
Payment Coordination:
Handle timely payments to vendors, utility providers, and service partners in coordination with the accounts team.
Bill Payments:
Manage and schedule payments for electricity bills, rent, vendor bills, and other recurring operational expenses.
Online Banking:
Operate and manage online banking portals for transactions and approvals.
Banking Communication:
Liaise with banks for payment clarifications, updates, or queries.
Rent Agreements:
Handle preparation, renewal, and documentation of rent agreements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain clear records of communication, payments, agreements, and vendor status updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in vendor coordination or purchase roles
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in handling online banking and payment platforms
Familiarity with basic financial documentation and rent agreement terms
Detail-oriented and well-organized
