About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vendor Operation Support Executive to manage vendor-related processes, analyze agreements, and support finance and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience working with contracts, rebates, discounts, and ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and manage vendor contracts and agreements.
Handle various rebate and discount processes with accuracy and compliance.
Manage vendor operations, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records and ensure operational data integrity.
Work with SAP or similar ERP systems for vendor and financial operations.
Prepare reports using MS Word and Excel, including advanced formatting and data analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operational workflows.
Support the team with any vendor-related queries or escalations.
Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of experience in vendor operations, procurement support, or finance operations.
Strong language and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to read, analyze, and understand vendor contracts.
Proficiency in handling rebate and discount management.
Experience with
