Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic and people-friendly

Vendor Onboarding Executive

to join our IndiaZone team. You'll be the key contact helping new vendors come on board -- guiding them through registration, product uploads, and dashboard training. If you love talking to people, hitting targets, and getting things done, this role's for you.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to vendors via phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce IndiaZone and assist with registration. Provide clear, step-by-step support through the onboarding and product upload process. Collect and verify KYC documents accurately and ensure timely submissions. Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets. Train vendors on effectively using the IndiaZone dashboard and tools. Maintain accurate vendor records and report progress to the team lead.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply). Fluent in

English

and

Malayalam

Hindi

is an added plus. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge -- Excel, email handling, and admin panels. Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable talking to new people daily. A team player with a positive attitude and self-driven mindset.
