Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Vendor Marketing executive to support NetCom Learning's growth across Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and Google Cloud ecosystems. This is an
early-career role (1-2 years of experience)
for candidates passionate about business development, lead generation, and vendor partnerships.
The Vendor Marketing executive will assist senior BDMs in prospecting, demand generation through
paid and organic campaigns
, and executing
GTM strategies
while learning end-to-end strategic vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand/Lead Generation
Assist in generating leads through
paid campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads) and
organic campaigns
(social media, content marketing).
Support campaign planning and execution to drive pipeline growth.
For 1-year experience: Demonstrated knowledge of demand generation or learning initiatives to grow leads.
For 2+ years: Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns across platforms.#
2. Prospecting & Pipeline Support
Research and identify potential vendor contacts (Partner Managers, BDMs, Marketing Managers).
Maintain engagement plans and CRM updates for vendor interactions.
Assist senior BDMs in converting meetings into opportunities.#
3. Vendor Relationship Support
Coordinate vendor meetings, QBRs, and events.
Support relationship-building initiatives under senior guidance.
Document vendor interactions and insights.#
4. GTM & Market Research
Support market research and
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
identification.
Assist in executing GTM strategies for new products, solutions, or campaigns.
Track competitor and vendor trends to support senior decision-making.#
5. Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain CRM records and update dashboards regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product) for proposals and campaigns.
Track campaign performance and contribute to weekly pipeline reporting.
Who Can Apply?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years in business development, sales, marketing, or demand generation roles.
Skills:
Knowledge or hands-on experience in
paid & organic campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media).
Understanding of GTM strategy and market research (ICP identification).
Consultative selling and basic vendor engagement skills.
Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
