Candidates should have F&B bag round, at least 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
2. Purchase Operations
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Track and manage inventory levels with the store or warehouse team.
3. Cost & Budget Control
Analyze price trends and negotiate for cost savings.
Work with the finance team to ensure budget compliance.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure materials meet company quality standards.
Verify vendor compliance with company and legal policies.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain purchase records, supplier contracts, and invoices.
Prepare periodic procurement reports (e.g., spend analysis).
6. Coordination
Coordinate with departments (production, finance, admin, etc.) for material requirements.
Resolve issues related to delivery delays or quality concerns.
7. Market Research
Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or products.
Evaluate alternatives for cost reduction or efficiency improvement.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Engineering
