Act as the single point of contact for all digital marketing vendors (SEO, social media, performance marketing, website, video, creatives).
Coordinate daily activities, campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
Ensure vendors follow hospital branding, tone, and compliance guidelines.
Conduct regular review meetings and performance discussions.
Campaign Execution & Monitoring
Oversee execution of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, website updates).
Track KPIs such as leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Ensure campaigns align with hospital services, doctors, events, and CSR initiatives.
Content & Brand Control
Review and approve creatives, videos, posts, and ad copies before publishing.
Ensure medical accuracy and ethical marketing standards are maintained.
Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs and approvals.
Reporting & Documentation
Collect weekly/monthly performance reports from vendors.
Analyze data and share insights with management.
Maintain vendor contracts, scopes of work, and billing records.
Budget & Compliance
Monitor vendor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Verify invoices against deliverables and performance.
Ensure adherence to healthcare advertising norms and hospital policies.
