Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary liaison
between vendors and internal teams (purchase, accounts, operations, logistics).
Track and coordinate
vendor shipments, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
Monitor order status
and ensure timely follow-ups on pending deliveries and shipments.
Maintain documentation
including POs, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
Evaluate vendor performance
against delivery, quality, and compliance standards.
Generate and maintain
MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards
using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Assist in
onboarding new vendors
and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support
cost negotiations
, timeline adjustments, and vendor issue resolutions.
Ensure full adherence to
company procurement and operational procedures
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in vendor coordination or supply chain operations.
Strong command of
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
Excellent
communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
.
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
