VENDOR MANAGEMENT EXEC Cum Client Coordination and Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery schedules with vendors and logistics partners.
Follow up with vendors on pending orders, timelines, and shipment status to ensure timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams to align on requirements, billing, and delivery milestones.
Maintain vendor records including purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and all supporting documentation.
Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and adherence to company standards.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on vendor performance, order status, and dispatch summaries using MS Excel.
Support onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Assist in negotiations on pricing, delivery timelines, and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Ensure process adherence across all vendor management and coordination activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and coordination skills (English proficiency is a must).
Strong MS Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, and Data Analysis.
Prior experience in Vendor Management / Business Development / Client Coordination or similar stakeholder-facing roles.
Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities to handle multiple shipments and vendor accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Any related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Vendor Coordination, Client Servicing, or Business Development roles.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates from Business Development, Client Servicing, or Coordination roles who have strong communication and organizational skills and can manage vendors and stakeholders efficiently.
