Vendor Performance
Create policies and procedures and standards to govern / assess vendor performance, achieve statutory and regulatory compliance and JLL and Account compliance.
Lead Supplier Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery. Together with the Country Lead, ensure that a Performance Improvement Plan is in place and tracked
Ensure Vendor compliance on Contract, COI and PO. Timely loaded in Jaggaer system
Develop vendor governance processes. Ensure that Country Leads has regular vendor governance meetings on critical/key vendors
Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with JLL-approved vendors.
Support (first line) on Vendor performance and issue resolution.
Implement metrics, monitoring and reports using supplier scorecards for key suppliers.
Work with key stakeholders to define & create strategic supplier relationship programs.
Conduct timely assessments of supplier contracts and change orders to identify areas of potential non-compliance, adverse supplier performance and other issues that could have an adverse impact to the company in order to effectively communicate, track and abate Supplier risk elements.
Compliance Management
Responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs and frameworks.
Ensure that vendors are compliant with industry standards, statutory regulations, internal policies and contractual terms, conditions, and obligations. This involves conducting audits, risk assessments, and due diligence checks to assess vendor compliance.
Review vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams in ensuring that the account is using the approved vendor contracts / templates. Liaise with the legal team to address any contractual issues or disputes.
Keep abreast of legislative changes ensuring that the vendors are compliant.
Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing and Country team to ensure vendor service continuity and compliance
Provide a risk identification program and mitigation of supplier risk on multiple levels.
Manage the Ethics reporting program for Vendor Mgt and Vendor Staff
Coordinate with JLL Risk Manager on Vendor Insurance requirement and Compliance
Lead the Vendor Management Compliance Program of the accounts
KPI
Accountable for the delivery of Vendor Performance and Compliance related KPI and contribute to the overall achievement of the Account KPIs where there are Vendor Management related deliverables
Ensure that KPI criterias are met and auditable documents are in place
Timely submission of KPI ratings and coordination with relevant stakeholders
Other Responsibilities
Ensure data accuracy of VMP CodeX
Facilitate Compliance, Risk and Vendor Performance training
Develop metrics and analyse improvement opportunities manage vendor performance and compliance ensuring that JLL achieves its compliance goals.
Develop VMP Playbook - Vendor Performance and Compliance Sections and update Ethics Playbook
Lead and track Vendor Training Programs
Lead the vendor recognition program and town hall programs
Support VMP Vendor Life Cycle program/activities
Direct liaison with relevant stakeholders within the account and JLL HQ to deliver VMP Vendor Compliance and Performance programs
Perform other duties assigned as VMP evolves/aligns with Google objectives
Performance objectives
Meet VMP KPI without Mgt Fee penalties
Ensure Data Integrity of CodeX
Compliance with JLL and Client audit, regulatory/statutory compliance and ethics requirements
Improvement on vendor performance YOY
Timely completion of VMP programs related to Compliance and Vendor Performance
Act as a leadership role model for JLL by behaving consistently and ethically in accordance with JLL and Google business Code of Ethics
Recognise and drive improvement opportunities

Employee specification
Candidate should possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in Vendor Management
Minimum 5 years of regulatory and statutory compliance experience
Experience in dealing in the Asia Pacific region would be well regarded
Experience in Jaggaer, DAB system an advantage
Experience in Facilities Management or equivalent Industries
Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
Advanced computer and office software skills are required
