We are looking for a proactive Vendor/Client Relationship Executive to manage end-to-end client contracts for manufacturing and labeling services. The role involves coordinating with sports nutrition brands, understanding their monthly product requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and managing payments while overseeing labeling under the client's brand name.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Identify and onboard clients who require contract manufacturing and labeling services.
-Coordinate monthly production requirements, e.g., whey protein quantities like 5,000 units per month.
-Ensure accurate and timely manufacturing and labeling of client products under their brand name.
-Liaise with internal production, logistics, and quality teams to meet client expectations.
-Track shipments, confirm deliveries, and follow up for payments as per contract terms.
-Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for expanding services.
-Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and client communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing sales, client management, or vendor handling (preferably in nutrition, supplements, or FMCG).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Understanding of contract management, production planning, and labeling processes.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
