We are leading Logistic Support and Packaging solutions Provider having head office in Varachha road, Surat hiring for below position;

Job role: Vendor Audit Engineer (5-8 Yrs Exp)

Location, Varachha, Surat

CTC : Max. 38000 Per month

Role & responsibilities

Prepare vendor inspection plan in advance along with Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

for respective areas based on the projections received from them.

Prepare separate plans for New and Existing vendor inspections, new while onboarding

and periodic for existing one as applicable.

Timely coordinate with Vendor teams for visit approvals before inspection.

Carry out inspection of manufacturing units with reference documents (Offered Product

live, Document Check list, Specifications etc.)

Prepare inspection report as per defined checklist. Check list to be verified by Senior

Sourcing and Procurement Specialist with name and date of inspection.

Timely submission of reports to related stakeholders

All manually written check list to be supported with site photograph, photo should be

clearly marked with date and time of visit.

Train vendors on common operations policy points in order to cater uninterrupted smooth

supplies.

Verify compliances followed by the vendors/suppliers - inform deviations, if any.

Conduct audit on quality of preventive maintenance compliance, daily reporting of visits

and inspections (planned vs. actual)

Prepare and submit monthly activity summary by every month end.

Desired Skills:

Communication Skills - Spoken Written English. Hindi, Gujarati will be an added

advantage.

Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals,

negotiating terms.

Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and

implement appropriate solutions.

Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.

Relationship and conflict management skills

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering in a related field will be an added advantage.

Min5-8 years of work experience in Sourcing & Procurement function

Experience in packaging industry would be an add on
