About the Role
We are looking for a Vendor Associate for Swiggy Instamart. The person will manage vendor hiring and data, support billing operations, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge are important for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Track hiring requirements and follow up with vendors for onboarding
Maintain vendor records, agreements, and compliance documents
Ensure vendor manpower deployment as per Instamart requirements
Update daily dashboards, hiring trackers, and MIS reports
Work on Advanced Excel and basic SQL for data checks and reporting
Prepare vendor billing sheets and verify invoices with attendance and rate cards
Coordinate with finance for invoice approvals and timely payments
Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation
Identify data issues and suggest improvements to reduce manual work
Coordinate with operations, HR, and finance teams for vendor-related activities
Skills Needed
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting)
Basic SQL for data extraction and validation
Knowledge of billing and payout calculations
Good communication and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in vendor management or operations is preferred
