Overseeing company and individual Oracle University certifications, training, and expertise requirements. Administering Oracle Partner Store transactions, Solutions Catalog listings, and OPN Expertise dashboards. Coordinating and leading strategic discussions, business reviews, and partnership planning with Oracle stakeholders. Managing relationships with Oracle Partner Account Managers, product teams, and global alliance contact. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align alliance activities with business objectives. Tracking and reporting KPIs, certification progress, and partnership performance metrics to executive leadership. Experience managing or supporting additional technology partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, Azure).

Qualification:

Experience managing Oracle Partner Store, Oracle University, and Oracle Partner Network memberships, certifications, and compliance, with a proven track record of aligning OPN activities to support strategic business goals.

Job description:



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, Oracle Alliances & Partner Network (OPN) Administration to oversee our primary RIA Advisory Oracle partner account as well as our regional office accounts across global regions. This role will manage the full scope of our Oracle partnership, from OPN administration and compliance to driving strategic alignment and maximizing the value of our Oracle relationship worldwide. While Oracle will be the primary focus, this role may also expand to include the management of other strategic technology alliances, such as Microsoft and Azure, ensuring a coordinated approach to all major partnerships.

Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the company's primary Oracle Partner Network (OPN) membership and all associated regional office accounts across global regions. Oversee all aspects of OPN administration, including renewals, upgrades, certifications, distribution agreements, and reseller rights. Act as the primary liaison between RIA Advisory and Oracle, managing relationships with Oracle Partner Account Managers, product teams, and support. Develop and execute strategies to strengthen our Oracle alliance and leverage OPN benefits to support business objectives. Oversee public sector addendum requirements and third-party due diligence processes. Manage and update OPN Expertise dashboards, Oracle Partner Store transactions, and Oracle Solutions Catalog listings. Oversee training and certification programs through Oracle University, ensuring company-wide compliance with OPN requirements. Track and report on OPN KPIs, certifications, and compliance status to executive leadership Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align OPN activities with go-to-market priorities and joint Oracle initiatives. Resolve account, access, and compliance issues with Oracle in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and lead regular business reviews, status meetings, and strategic discussions with Oracle stakeholders across global regions. Manage and strengthen the company's overall relationship with Oracle, ensuring alignment between Oracle's priorities and the company's business objectives. Manage additional technology alliances, such as Microsoft and Azure, as part of the company's evolving partnership strategy.
