: We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to join us at Velocity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to increase revenue, attract and retain new customers, and improve customer retention. The candidate will be expected to have previous experience in growth marketing or any growth-related roles in a software technology company. The ideal experience for this role is 2-4 years.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including SEO strategy, to increase revenue, attract and retain new customers, and improve customer retention.

- Generate top-of-the-funnel leads for the sales team to call.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact the business.

- Experiment with new growth channels to test different strategies to see what works best for the business.

- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features that drive growth.

- Lead cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute growth initiatives.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.

- Analyze and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement, measure the success of growth initiatives, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.

Requirement s:

- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Technical, Business, or related field

- Previous experience in growth marketing or any growth-related roles in a software technology company (2-4 years).

- Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies that drive business growth.

- Strong understanding of SEO and experience with implementing SEO strategies.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and emerging technologies is a plus.
