Key Roles and Responsibilities- Own end to end lead generation cycle for all digital first, e-commerce and D2C brands in the country through outbound sales approach.- Should use best communication channels but not limited to phone, email to generate quality SQLs for the sales team.- Constantly build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly/monthly and yearly business goals.- Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels.- Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company.- Should be highly persuasive and follow-up with clients in a timely manner.- Build a deep level understanding for financial products market demands and trends in the Indian fin-tech industry.- Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times.Minimum requirements - Must have 1 - 3 years of lead generation/sales/pre-sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.
