Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a fleet of vehicles for timely delivery of products to customers/retailers. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Coordinate with logistics team, drivers, and customers for smooth delivery operations. Monitor vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and tracking. Handle any transportation-related issues or accidents. Optimize routes for efficient delivery and cost reduction. Maintain records and reports as required.

Required Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in transport or fleet management (preferably in educational or corporate institutions). Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, RTO procedures, and safety standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and transport management software. Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle emergency situations, time-sensitive issues, and ensure operational discipline. Age up to 45 years A valid driving licence is mandatory; possession of a Heavy Vehicle Licence will be an added advantage.
